The Workforce Development Board of Bay Area Wisconsin (Bay Area WDB) is led by a membership chosen to represent the diverse groups involved with workforce and economic development issues and challenges. Our leadership team is comprised of experts in workforce development, economic development, training, education, public policy, human resources, business management, and strategic development. Bay Area WDB members bring their expertise and target investments to effectively align the needs of job seekers and employers. Our focus on collaboration drives well-rounded, strategic solutions for a better local economy. Meetings are open to the public.
The Bay Area WDB Youth Standing Committee is a network of Youth services, services providers, and individuals representing youth initiatives within the 11-county region of the Bay WDA. The mission of the Youth Standing Committee is to advise and assist the Bay Area WDB in creating region-wide collaboration among all agencies and organizations engaged in connecting young people to career opportunities in the NEW North, as well as network with each other and promote the youth resources available in the region.
