Bay WDA Local Elected Officials Board (LEOs)
Wisconsin’s Bay Workforce Development Area is led by an eleven-county consortium. “the Local Elected Official’s Board (LEOs)”. The LEO Board is comprised of the Chief Elected Official of each county (or his/her Designee). The LEO Board is the governing unit and legal representative body of the Bay Area Workforce Development Board (“Bay Area WDB” and “the Board”). Board members are appointed by the LEO Board to lead the activities of the Executive Director and Board staff.
Our leadership team is comprised of experts in workforce development, economic development, training, education, public policy, human resources, business management, and strategic development. Bay Area WDB members bring their expertise and target investments to effectively align the needs of job seekers and employers. Our focus on collaboration drives well-rounded, strategic solutions for a better local economy. Meetings are open to the public.
